If you have fatty liver, it's wise to be careful with certain raw foods. Health experts suggest avoiding or limiting raw tomatoes, cucumbers,mangoes,eggs, and chicken. 

These foods can sometimes make liver problems and digestion worse.

 

Tomatoes

Raw tomatoes have a compound called solanine. If you eat a lot of it, solanine can upset your stomach. Cooking tomatoes helps to break down these compounds, making them easier on your liver and less likely to cause problems.

 

Mangoes

Mangoes are tasty, but they have a lot of fructose. Your liver turns fructose into fat. Too much fructose can lead to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, where fat builds up in your liver cells and can cause damage. If you have liver issues or diabetes, try to eat no more than one or two small mangoes a day.

 

Cucumber

Raw cucumbers are mostly water and can sometimes cause an upset stomach. They can also carry bacteria. Cooking cucumbers or eating them in small amounts can help avoid these issues.

 

Eggs

Raw eggs can carry Salmonella, a type of bacteria that causes food poisoning. If you have fatty liver, it's important to keep your immune system strong and not put extra stress on your liver. Cooking eggs all the way through kills these harmful germs, making them much safer and better for your liver.

 

Chicken

Eating chicken that isn't fully cooked can expose you to harmful bacteria like Salmonella and Campylobacter. These can cause stomach problems and make liver conditions worse. 

In fact, Salmonella is a common cause of foodborne illness, and chicken is a major source. Always cook chicken to a safe temperature to lower health risks and support your liver.
